Omg it's Camp Google!
Starting Monday, July 13th Camp Google launches a FREE online science and adventure camp geared towards kids ages 7 -10 that families can do on their own time. MB was lucky to view one of the videos that campers will be able to learn from and it was pretty cool. My son who is almost 6 was mesmerized by the facts and information. What is cool about this camp is that if you are doing camp mom this summer and your kids are in this range then you'll appreciate the cool way Camp Google is presented. Like many camps-there are theme weeks such as nature, science, ocean and music with amazing partners (of course they're Google!) from some cool organizations like National Geographic, National Park Service, Khan Academy and more. I especially love the badges that can be earned after an activity is completed and printed for your virtual camper.
