Teacher Gift Guide

December 16, 2011

This is our first year of having to get gifts for teachers and I am excited about all the possibilities!! What a great opportunity to get creative and give something special from the heart.
Here are some of the best ideas I’ve found (I think I’ve been looking for the perfect gift since September):

1) Reusable Coffee Cups with coffee, hot cocoa, eatable goodies and a Starbucks gift card! I saw this idea and ran with it myself. What teacher doesn’t need a coffee break & a brownie! You can download those sweet flags here.

2) Themed Jars! This is a really versatile idea for a gift. The choices are endless: Chocolate in a Jar! Relaxation in a Jar! Holiday break in a Jar! For more ideas and printable labels, click here.

3) HOMEMADE anything!! I am super fond of the chocolate covered pretzel idea here. Also the homemade sugar scrub looks decadent!
Even these Oreo cake pops look easy and sweet to do!
And these s’mores!
Homemade Christmas ornaments!

4) Lastly the old standby: GIFT CARDS!
And a handwritten note is ALWAYS welcome, especially when its spells out HOW you appreciate the teacher.
