Get out and VOTE today!
I know politics is one of those things you’re not supposed to discuss but I wanted to send a friendly reminder to vote in the primaries today! Its more important then the November date! Your vote really matters today!
And while I’d never advocate a certain party/person over another I have to make an exception for Lincoln Restler. As a massive Frank Capra fan, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington is one of my all time favorite movies. Lincoln is Mr. Smith: he really is the people’s voice. He cares. He shows up; present and willing to listen to how to make North Brooklyn a great place to live for all of us. I could go on and on about a certain politician who no matter how many events I’ve invited him to, he not only never returns an email or call but never shows up. That alone speaks volumes.
So if you could please vote for Lincoln today, I’d consider it a personal favor! He won by 121 votes last year. Lets show him the community wants better by having that win be by 121121 votes this year!
