McCarren Pool opens TODAY!
Its so hard to believe the day is finally here. It almost brings a tear to my eye. I volunteered at the pool parties to raise money for OSA and North Brooklyn parks and used to dream about how awesome this pool would be. And the day is here!
Yippee!
So since the day is here I thought I would explain how the pool works.
There seems to be a lot of miscommunication and misunderstanding so here we go:
The pool is FREE! It will open at 11am, close for a cleaning (meaning EVERYONE will need to leave) at 3pm and reopen from 4 - 7pm.
If you want to join the Play Center & Gym, the cost is:
$100-just McCarren and a few others including Metropolitan
$150- for ALL the gyms in the metro area.
Kids can go the Play Center for free!
