Power Juice
I am a big fan of the smoothie. Growing up in a sunshine state somehow smoothies and clean living were just a natural part of my daily routine. Although there are some great juice shops in our neighborhood they aren’t at every corner like they are back home so regardless of the weather I whip up a smoothie for C at least 3 times a week. Hme made smoothies also cost much less when you are serving them up to the family more then once a week . Our favorite is what I call the coco pineapple which coco is one of C’s favorite words these days and we call everything coco, coco smoothie , coco chicken -you get the idea. Not only is this delish it literally takes all of 5 minutes to whip up. Coco good.
