Frozen popsicles

We’ve been making popsicles every other day here at Casa Ladd. The food editor at work gave me these popsicles molds, when I brought them home my son wanted to whip something up immediately and we’re now going on two weeks of frozen pops. We have fun looking at pretty photos then we pick what we are going to make that morning together. I am inspired by the endless combinations I have been finding, you can find my favorites on my sweet treat page on  pinterest . I whipped the above pops the other morning, I was lacking ingredients however they were still quite tasty!

Ingredients

  • Fresh Strawberries and Raspberries
  • Coconut milk
  • 1/2 small lemon (Meyer is the best)
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar, agave or honey

      *can add mint, basil

Cut fruit and blend. Only blend for a few seconds if you would like a chunky popsicle otherwise blend to a puree until smooth. I added what I have in the fridge but love to add a bit of an herb when I have any fresh handy.
