Whether you’re the cook this week or visiting your large ‘eclectic’ family remember to take care of you. Of course if wearing a a purple sweater and eating chocolate were all we needed to ease stress then we all be in great shape. The point is -do what works for you, what makes you happy and relaxes you a long the road of holiday madness we are now entering.
