Today our kids graduated pre-k, hard to believe the year went so quickly. I am so proud of my son and all that he accomplished this year, huge milestones and I definitely lost it a bit when he held up his diploma today. After graduation we had a party at the park with some of the parents and kids from all the pre- k classes and I once again was so amazed at the support all the parents give to each other, so important that we as mothers have this support. Erica wrote a sweet post reflecting on her daughter's first year of school, definitely read if you missed it!
Summer starts tomorrow officially although we have seen 80 plus temps here all week so we're pretty prepared for the upcoming hot weather! 5 Facts of Summer Solstice.

Turn every day into an adventure
See, touch, smell, hear and move with your favorite stories as they come to life through performance and interactive arts activities. Led by professional actors who specialize in early childhood arts, Spellbound Explorers storytime classes will spark your child's creativity and curiosity through song, puppetry, and creative play. Each week children and adults will dive into a story at class, and learn new art-based literacy activities to do at home. Classes are drop-in and run at four different locations around Brooklyn on a weekly basis.
