Happy Weekend.
TG.I.F is all I have to say! When did we become grown ups with grown up issues and all that comes with being a grown up? Both Erica and I are still getting use to our new schedules and it is all a whirlwind. I had a tough day a few days ago, huge changes at my work place where some of my colleagues lost their jobs and mine is different (let's keep it at that as I am still processing). Thankfully my fellow mom friend/support Erica dragged me out to a lunch where we laughed through the craziness of it all. I am grateful for her support, my sister- in law Bee and my best friend in L.A who is my security blanket (and the hubby of course). I hope all my fellow mothers who read MB have this support or at the least see Erica and I as support/comfort- for we hear you sisters, we hear you!

- "Grump" at the Old Stone House
"Grump", an original play by Spellbound Theatre, will have its world premier in Brooklyn this coming weekend. Created for ages 2-5, "Grump" is about the rules and routines in a toddler's world, and the exhilaration and heartbreak that can come from breaking them.

Details: An art class for 4-5 yr olds on Tuesdays from 2:45pm-3:45pm. Price is $180 for a ten week session (for $200 they will pick your child up from PS 110 at 2:30pm and walk them over to the class) The tuition price includes a $10 donation per child to the Art Residencies at PS 110 - 'What happens in Greenpoint, stays in Greenpoint' (starts Sep 23th)
