The TALKABOUT series is happening from the The Workaround team. These talks are geared towards new moms and dads and helping them with support and presenting talks on how to develop a healthy balance. I recall aimlessly searching for support such as this when I had my son. It's so amazing that The Workaround has branched out in even more supportive avenues with these cool talk series. A Workaround session is followed after The Talkabout Series with childcare provided the entire four hours! Tickets here.

Get Your Halloween on!
The Transportation Alternatives is having a Halloween event for trick-or-treaters on October 31st from 2-5pm at the outdoor pedestrian plaza at Battery Harris in Williamsburg. They will have games set up, treats for kids, they will also be giving out Bike Bells and much more!
Not in our neighborhood but who cares, these events look fun!
