Gluten free - easy pizza
My latest gluten free find is this two pack pizza crusts by Udi's. We are big fans of the easy pizza at Casa Ladd but I could never find a pre-made gluten dough. I read on a blog not to buy this particular item since it is costly for a thin crust, and is more like a big cracker. However, my son loves the thinness of the crust and eats the entire pizza, plus we are New yorkers and love our thin crusts!
