My child’s sleep schedule since summer can no longer be called a schedule. Usually I have him asleep by 8:30p.m. With travel and either my husband or myself returning from work on the late side we struggle to get him to sleep by 9:30/10p.m. I am now on the fast track to getting him back on a schedule, if you are in a similar situation I found these tips via the Huffington Post to be quite helpful.
