Neon Splash (in a ) Flash...
I bought these Macalister boots last fall on sale (65%!) I just felt the shoe was a bit too serious for my kid and needed a splash of color, viola neon shoeslaces! Crewcuts has the laces here and We Love Colors has then for $2 and less.
