Goldie Blox
Since the Maker Faire is this weekend (check out our post for more info); I thought I’d share this amazing toy for girls that helps them develop an interest and affection for engineering. Its called Goldie Blox & its genius!
While still in its Kickstarter phase (fully funded and then some) you can pledge $30 and get the toy before it hits the market. I like toys to have a secret intention and Goldie Blox caters to girls desire to read while developing their spacial skills with a ‘toy’. Check out the video on the Kickstarter for more of the makers intentions behind it. I love the ‘more than a princess’ ideal. Its so true!
