From the direction Jen: Conveniently located near lovely McGorlick park our program is a play based, hands on environment in a warm homelike setting. Our goal is to encourage children’s natural creativity and scientific curiosity in a nurturing structured way. After 21 years of teaching preschool I have come to realize the importance of child directed learning and have created Play Lab around the philosophy of teachers as mediators and guides. We are a mixed age program for children aged 2-4 years with full day enrollment from 9-4. Families can choose between 2,3,4,or 5 day enrollment based on availability

UPDATE: I toured Play Lab and its awesome! The space is homey and Jen is wonderful. Her many years of teaching preschool are obvious and I would easily send my kids there if they weren’t promised at the Y. Check it out for yourself. Its really worth a visit.
