One of our nearest and dearest Lauren has FINALLY launched her ice creamery! Lauren’s ice cream is amazing. I’ve been a test participant for over a year and a half now. It started when she generously gifted me with some Guinness ice cream (you know for milk production) after my 2nd was born. It was heaven… My husband and I sat down together and ate the whole thing.
As part of her grand opening, she’s offering ice cream making parties & private classes. Custom tailored to your needs and agenda; guests will learn the tips and tricks of ice cream making and leave with a pint to pig out on when they get home.
Parties can be tailored for kids or adults.

Our Corn Ice Cream with Balsamic Roasted Strawberries won 2nd place Judges Pick at the Brooklyn Ice Cream Take Down this July. Cardamom and Milk Chocolate Toffee rocked the house as well.
