Keep an eye on the prize, goal setting.
2012 for me has been a big goal setting year. For personal goals, I haven’t had to think very deep on what I want, these desires are always part of my surface. I also stick to five goals personally this way they feel more attainable and not complicated. Not that they are easy goals, just 5 sounds a bit more do-able then say 10. For my career, my list is longer and not set to a certain number. If setting goals for 2012 is still, well, a goal here are some links I found helpful.
