The fun thing about blogs is word of mouth is sometime a necessary tool in learning about other sites, especially parent blogs. My friend Jenna who seems to know everything about blogs told me about Zoe Schaeffer’s site Macaroon Original. A chic L.A mom who blogs on fashionable finds for kids and home is also a former New York Editor who is shameless about her love for fashionable ‘things.’ From her favorite ice cream to the latest kids e-zine, Macaroon Original is one of those sites that helps fill the whole at least on the aspirational front that the now defunct COOKIE magazine left.
