The (cake pop) Survivors
I recently read that Martha Stewart didn’t exactly practice what she preach when it came to raising her daughter. You would expect her daughter to have won the Halloween costume prize throughout her childhood but according to her daughter this was not so. I get it, as an editor I work at magazines that do cover worthy food shoots, yet its isn’t always as easy as it looks at least for moi.
This morning I had the goal of making at least 2 dozen cake pop( the cake pop is the new cupcake.) Only 10 made it, 10! Charlie ate about 5, my husband around the same and the rest were grabbed in a rage of anger when says child wasn’t allowed anymore. Well I tried. Here they are the Halloween cake pop survivors ready for the neighborhood celebration.
